Indy Women in Tech's ("IWiT") mission is to inspire women and girls of all ages to pursue STEM-related employment by introducing them to experiences and career opportunities in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics as well as provide the necessary financial support, mentoring, training and education.
To empower current and future generations of women in tech to meet the need of the nation's growing tech workforce through strategic partnerships to support and mentor women by providing education/training and job placement.
